Win an Acer laptop and a projector

We all love freebies. And these freebies are kind of free stuff you wouldn’t want to miss! Acer Philippines is giving away free notebook computer and a projector in their “Win an Acer Power Package Promo.”

How to join? Simple. If you own and run a small to medium-sized business (SME), residing in the Philippines and over 18 years of age, register a free valid account at www.acerbiz.com and you can get yourself one entry for the contest.

Here are the contest mechanics as posted on Acerbiz website:

Contestant must tell us their story with a photo why he/she deserves to win the Acer-Intel Power Package.
The file size of the image should not exceed 2000kb(2mb).
Must include a brief explanation why he/she deserves to win the Acer-Intel Power Package.
Acer-Intel Power Package includes:
- Acer TravelMate 4720 Notebook worth PHP 52,900
- Acer Projector X1160 worth PHP 29,900
The one with the most interesting story will win the Acer-Intel Power Package!
The judging will be based on:
- 50% from Online Voting.
- 50% from the Acer Committee.
The First 50 entries will get a free Acer Tumbler.Promo duration: April 23-May 23 2008.

If you don’t feel like joining, you may vote for my entry instead. LOL. Yes I joined this contest too, as I am about to launch my new Consulting Business in the coming weeks. However, after composing my entry and clicking on the Save Entry button, something terrible happened and then pfffttt! my entry was gone.

So you better be careful in submitting your entries, make sure to prepare a draft in MS Word or Notepad. Their system only allows you to submit an entry once. So when an error occurs during your submission, your dream of getting those cool prizes just vanishes into thin air.

Just in case the guys at Acerbiz give me a chance to fix my entry, I can resubmit my complete post for the contest with the theme: “Empowering Your Business”
