yes i understand that the poor suffers here, but only because middle man take advantage of them. what about me? i need a kidney and i don’t have any donors in the family already. what am i left for slow death? if only the government intervenes correctly people like me could help the poor and the poor could help me too.

Its reflective of what our government have done to alleviate the conditions of the poor – but nothing… our politicians are spending people’s money on protests, cha-cha, senate investigations – but not on food production, agri programs, farm to market quality roads, accessible health services… Sigh.

Not exactly. Sex trade or prostitution is based on a rental per use basis while in the case of a kidney sale, it is a one time deal since each person only have 2 kidneys, and 1 is required for basic survival.
