Google Page Rank Update in Progress
July 26, 2008 (Manila Time).
Although this have not been verified yet, but there seems to be some Page Rank Update in progress today. My 3-month old Wordpress-powered Free blog site, Bloggista.net, suddenly displayed a page rank of 1. I went over PRChecker.info to verify and indeed it has a Page Rank of 1 from N/A. You can check the Page Rank of any website using the Page Rank (PR) Checker below:

Further checking of several new sites of my blog friends, they got some changes too. So perhaps the much anticipated Google Page Rank update is imminent and for sure it will bring joy to some, heartbreak to others.

Google PR updates approx. every 3 to 4 Months. The last update was in the beginning of April so we are overdue.

Goodluck to everyone. But it all looks like this new update from Google is more sinister than ever. So many other blogs’ and sites’ PR all went down – even my 4 other sites which were previously PR3, all went down to 2 – but its understandable since I haven’t updated those for a long time. I just hope that after the rollout of all updates – this blog at least maintain its PR3.

My new domains got a PR3 (batangueno.net) and PR2 (gatewaytocanada.com)! I’m a happy man! hehe!

I do not know if Google updates the pagerank, but I already has over 1 years with a PR4, every time Google does not put it more difficult to attract visitors to our site, Google wants all the web traffic for them, is not just be left to compete and I am trying to get by with Google Adsense.Pero really earn a pittance if you have it 5 to attract more visitors.

On the eve of April fools day Google updated the toolbar page rank again on 1st April 2009. This time they filtered more back links. Previously i have around 70 now i have less back links for my site http://www.cybex.in. However site rank well on all top keywords. It seems google backlinks scheme updated too. It still loves article links as i did for my site. I implemented news section and rss feeds on the site which rocks well and may be the reason of ranking my all keywords.

wow, Your blog has a pagerank of 3…I notice that your rank in alexa is 213635 and links 228, compared to my site … My rank in alexa 1700,000 + and links in 20 but I my pagerank is 3…
