Officially Joining the Busby SEO Test Contest
The Busby SEO Test contest has been running since 1st of October 2008 and promises exciting prizes to SEO enthusiasts who will dominate the Top 5 pages in Google when the keyphrase busby seo test is searched. The contest ends on 31st of January 2009.
This is actually the second competition this year sponsored by Busby Web Solutions. I have been reluctant to join, since first, I don’t have “technical” knowhow on search engine optimization techniques, and second, I don’t have the time to really promote my entry and ask people to give me backlinks for keyword Busby SEO Test.
The first time I joined the competition way back in June, I finished poorly, being only in the Top 100 finishers. This time, I will be using my “all about everything” blog at Bloggista.org. I have started over the weekend changing some basic keywords of Bloggista.org, changed its Blog name from Bloggista.org | Intense Passion for Blogging to Busby SEO Test | Intense Passion for Blogging.
I am still very far away from winning the top 5 prizes, as Bloggista.org is only ranked at 108th spot as of this writing. There are a lot of SEO masters joining this competition, and notably, lots of Filipino bloggers and SEO masters as well.
So it will be really tough, and my goal is to be included only in the Top 100 finishers. I will try to see how far can crude SEO techniques could go against a horde of SEO monsters and masters. LOL. I will be reporting my progress here every week and monitor if my entry will ever cross the 100 under mark.

bro, i was in the top 50 a couple of weeks ago. But now, mine is in limbo. Not even in the top 40pages of google. I dont know what happened.

quick tip B – will be writing about it soon but you can use a keyword density tool to check the density of the leading site and out rank him/her/it by using more.
it’s a pretty sneaky way of internet marketing but highly effective – plus submit every article you have to digg and another site called zimbio and DMOZ to further increase your articles cridibility and ranking 
it’s a lot of work I know but you’ll have to find time to do it if you want to beat the masters and most especially since I noticed those that are leading in this contest after analyzing each one has a notable PR ranking from Google

Hehe, you should join Metz! I don’t know how I would be able to do all those things. But one thing great about the participants from other countries – they formed a solid team and are beating everyone in the serp ranking. Esp. those guys from Indonesia and France.

Wahehe, Nosebleed ako dito Metz. Pati si Father Mon. Honestly, and I am not ashamed to tell everyone the only thing I know about SEO is by including in my post title the keywords I am targeting, and linking the keywords to my internal pages. LOL. And of course All In One SEO plugin.

I think that you are just doing it good, Bloggista. Ako nga, kapa pa rin dyan sa SEO na yan e. All I am doing is to try to optimize my keywords.
I suppose forte-forte lang yan. Anyway, I am now contented in sharing what I can share. But of course, I know I should learn a bit of SEO.

I’m a bit wary about certain SEO tactics that may end up my site getting penalized. LOL. I should say the Bloggista.org blog is loved by both Google and Yahoo it gets good ranking on some keywords.
I guess this reluctance will surely not make me land even in the top 50.
