JobJoints.com (BETA): Introducing A New Philippine Job Site
In partnership with reputable Recruitment and Headhunting companies in the Philippines, Bloggista.com is proud to announce its new partner site – JobJoints.com – a premier online place to search for real and quality jobs. The site is still in its Beta mode, and doesn’t look as nice as the other job sites, but you can already find “real jobs” listed.
Most of the listed jobs are Technology-related, however, soon all job types will be listed for both local and overseas requirements. The site is simple to use – there are no job categories to click. Just browse for available jobs, or you can use the powerful Search feature and type any job keyword, and it will list all related job matches.
To browse for Jobs at JobJoints.com, you need to register. Be ready with your resume – and simply cut and paste it into the form when you click on the Apply for Job button. You can also submit your credentials/CV information for available and future job matching by our Job Partners.
Try it today, and share it with your friends as well.

congrats on the jobsite!

geez, my icon looks like a geeky clown! LOL
Snow of The Budget Shopper´s last blog post..How Honest Are You?
@Snow – LOL. That icon looks like someone who just broke his/her laptop.
Took a peek. Looks a lot in beta. The big three links (search jobs, post jobs and socialize) does not seem to work (are they really supposed to be links)? I’ve already clicked on those pictures and captions, hehehe…
At first glance I think it would do good if JobJoints can list down those jobs without any user registration. It can help attract jobseekers, because they see that there are some jobs offered right away.
I agree Gem Mr. Bloggista, you should a little spice to attract prospective job hunters. How about if you list down the job categories available? Just my 2 cents here. ^_^

It is nice to also have another site to compete with Jobstreets and JobsDB, since it is new everything is still most likely up for final judgment till it goes full swing
Snow’s icon looks so angry heheh but I want that over a sad one hehehehe I wonder how I can get the happy or goofy looking icon???
good luck on the new site bloggista!

Thanks Snow, for agreeing with my view and putting down your 2 cents suggestion!
I think my comment gets into that spam queue too, since I’ve started putting on links on your comments.
I think my gravatar looks out of place.. perhaps I should take out my picture one and pray to be given a gravatar with a lovely smile. hehehe
@juler

Congratulations Mr. Bloggista on your new site.
Dyimz´s last blog post..Into the gaming industry
@Bendz, yep, there will be listings for overseas.
@Gem/Snow, hehe, I have been thinking of taking out registration at the moment, but Im just afraid spammers will feast on it.
But will try. Thanks for all your suggestions.
I really believe there’s a way to show up those jobs. Some do these manually, while others enlist the community to report spam jobs (like oDesk, the one that I discuss in my blog).
Gem´s last blog post..Other Sites that Lets You Earn Money From Blogging
@Gem, thanks for the valuable inputs. Have considered them, although I still kept browsing for jobs limited to registered users until I find a great tool to avoid spam. will consider the one you discussed in your blog.
Being a non-techie guy (don’t know anything about design, php, java) I may need to overhaul the site’s look in the near future. At least, Recruiters are now starting to inquire about the service. THey like the simplicity.
Keeping the interface clean and simple yet functional will win you a lot of users. This is where experts on user experience design comes to play.
Not so sure about the closed members only approach maybe it would work only during beta.
But if you intend it to be like LinkedIn then membership and social networking features would be good features to add.
