Here’s an animated cartoon developed by Bouncingball, Inc. in coordination with the Rotary Club of Cebu explaining in about 2 and a half minutes how to vote with the new automated election process on May 10, 2010.

If you’re still “clueless” on what to do inside the voter precinct, then better watch this video -- or take the risk of “feeling like an idiot” or worse, see your vote wasted and invalidated by the Precinct Count Optical Scanner (PCOS) machine.
