If I had to describe 2025 in one word, it would be: whirlwind. It’s been a year full of ideas, action, and, most importantly, impact. I started the year with a vision—to start operations of MetaConnect Services, a company that could make a difference without burdening communities or businesses with huge upfront costs.
One of the first sparks came from solar energy. Many businesses and farms want to go green, but upfront costs are often a barrier. That’s where our no-capex solar solutions come in. We worked with poultry farms in Zambales, and I still remember the excitement when a deal finally closed. Beyond small businesses, we also offer larger-scale solar options—from industrial systems for businesses to solar farms of 5MW, 10MW, 50MW, and above—helping enterprises and communities access clean, sustainable energy at scale. Knowing that we can power growth without financial strain is incredibly rewarding.
Housing is another area where we wanted to make a difference. This year, we started working with a local Mayor and council in Negros, bringing in funders and developers to help make affordable housing a reality. It’s just the beginning, but construction for our first project is set to start in the first quarter of 2026. Being part of the early stages, connecting the right people, and laying the groundwork for families to have safe, affordable homes has been deeply fulfilling.
Employment and skills development also remain close to my heart. Through partnerships with LGUs, we began planning and designing incubation of skills in back-office outsourcing, particularly in financials and accounting support. We aim to help job seekers gain confidence, learn relevant skills, and step into real opportunities feels like planting seeds for stronger, self-reliant communities.
This year, we also began working on affordable healthcare solutions aimed at improving access to essential medical services. This includes supporting LGU hospitals with free laboratory and dialysis equipment, complete with the needed reagents and supplies, to help ease operational costs and expand patient access. By connecting the right healthcare partners and structuring sustainable programs, we aim to strengthen public healthcare delivery while supporting healthier, more productive communities.
We also explored waste management solutions, helping communities tackle everyday environmental challenges and promote sustainable practices. Small steps, but necessary for long-term change.
Another exciting part of the journey has been connecting investors to meaningful projects. Renewable energy, socialized housing, waste management, employment generation—we’ve been matching people who want to invest with projects that actually make a difference. Through turnkey investments and private partnerships, I’ve been helping ideas move from concept to reality, creating growth for both communities and investors.
Looking back, 2025 has been more than just starting a business—it’s been about creating impact, connecting people, and building systems that work. Every challenge brought lessons; every small victory reminded me why I started this journey.
As I close 2025 and look to 2026, I’m excited for what’s ahead: more innovative solutions, more empowered communities, and more stories of transformation. Here’s to building brighter futures—one project, one skill, one community, and one partnership at a time.
